With a rigorous assessment of the supply chain of high-end melting and casting equipment, a delegation of top executives from a well-known international aluminium group went deep into the production line of Juchen and witnessed up close the core level of a certain country's "intelligent" manufacturing in the frontier field of aluminium processing.

当参观队伍行至正在组装的铝熔炼反射炉与蓄热式燃烧系统工位时，客户对巨晨“烧损小、能耗低、熔化效率快”的自主核心技术表现出了浓厚兴趣。巨晨装备的技术专家现场演示了弥散式蓄热燃烧系统卓越的节能效果，其高效的环保除尘设备烟尘净化效率高达98%以上，给在场的国际客户留下了深刻印象。
When the visiting group reached the station where the aluminum melting reverberatory furnace and regenerative combustion system were being assembled, the customers showed great interest in Juchen's self-developed core technology of "low burn loss, low energy consumption and fast melting efficiency". The technical experts of Juchen equipment demonstrated on the spot the outstanding energy-saving effect of the diffused regenerative combustion system, and the highly efficient environmental protection dust removal equipment with a dust purification efficiency of over 98% left a deep impression on the international customers present.

在二楼研发与展示中心，客户近距离观摩了巨晨装备涵盖铝熔炼反射炉、回转炉、铝锭浇铸机、铸棒浇铸水盘及叠锭机器人在内的整厂全系列实物模型。巨晨团队详细介绍了具有自主知识产权的智能监测系统：该系统能通过获取熔炼炉出铝口的图像识别液位变化，并对流槽的温度变化趋势进行反馈，实时计算溢流指数，大幅度提高了出铝口溢流监测的准确性与熔炼作业的安全系数。
On the second floor of the R&D and exhibition center, customers closely observed the full range of physical models of the entire factory of Juchen equipment, including aluminum melting reverberatory furnaces, rotary furnaces, aluminum ingot casting machines, casting water tables and stacking robots. The Juchen team detailed the intelligent monitoring system with independent intellectual property rights: the system can identify the liquid level change by obtaining the image of the aluminum outlet of the melting furnace, feedback the temperature change trend of the convection tank, calculate the overflow index in real time, and significantly improve the accuracy of the overflow monitoring of the aluminum outlet and the safety factor of the melting operation.
The client delegation also experienced the industry's first immersi simulation demonstration of "recycled aluminum green melting and casting equipment" and gave high praise for the process stability and significant economic benefits demonstrated by the solution.
